The only Mexican resort I have been to is Cozumel's Occidental Grand and they really understand customer service. It's an all inclusive, which tends to make me cautious, but this resort allayed my concerns. It is also beautiful. Again, thanks for the idea. I like off the beaten path destinations, as well as tourist hot spots. Thanks for another great idea for a holiday.
