A great way to get into the holiday spirit is to soak up some sensational music so we’re headed to see the Mannheim Steamrollers tonight in the new complex where Super Bowl 2008 will be played near Phoenix. I actually saw the Mannheim Steamrollers for the first time in Dallas several years ago and wasn’t really sure what to expect but I have to say I was truly surprised by the quality of the music and how the entire audience seemed to get into the spirit of things. This group is legendary for their music and I’ve met several of the musicians and they really seem to love what they do. This concert will include some new songs from their new CD that are suppose to be fantastic!

After the concert it’s off to stay in the new ultra-luxe Canyon Suites at the Phoenician, where I hear Super Bowl celebrities are hanging out next year…Can’t wait to check it out! More soon.
