If you’re about to celebrate the start of 2008 with a little bubbly best be sure to pick a fabulous vintage. Here are some top champagne choices to help you celebrate the New Year.
It gets a little mind boggling picking out the best champagne if you’re not even sure what you really like or how to tell the difference between a ten dollar bottle and a $100 dollar bottle. When I first tried a top of the line vintage I was disappointed. I thought “this is it? this is what all the fuss is about?
My problem? I was use to drinking the cheaper stuff so I didn’t even know how to appreciate what my palate was tasting and it felt like a waste. Drinking the “good stuff” I actually craved some orange juice to make a mimosa which would make most aficionados scream. So before you lay down the big bucks, just because you figure you’re getting the best stuff, check out this list of top champagne choices where there’s a choice for every budget!
