Yum! When a sip of bubbly tastes like dessert you know you have a winning recipe.
I was going through some old notes and voila, found about ten cocktail recipes from when I interviewed Dale DeGroff, the King of Cocktails. We met in Hawaii when he was giving a special class at the Halekulani Resort where he focused on making cocktails using champagne and handed out his brilliant recipes for us to keep. I had tucked them away somewhere “safe” and just now have found them again. I’ll be listing one a week until I run out and then I’ll have to call Dale for more because he truly is the master!
