One of the key ingredients in selecting the right TRAVEL THERAPY resort is the feel of the property and the Kor Hotel Group always seems hit the mark with resorts like this, the Tides Riviera Maya Resort. I stayed at Riviera Maya property last year ( a perfect romantic escape) and met the most fantastic Chef, Chef Cupertino Ortiz, who spoiled me with his tasting menu and special Mayan cooking class. So when I heard about the Kor Hotel Group having a big event in NYC to announce some new hotels and featuring some of the companies top chefs from around the world, I knew it was one event I didn’t want to miss and I wasn’t disappointed!
Held on the top floor of a beautiful Chelsea loft overlooking Manhattan it felt like a family reunion seeing the management and chefs from the Tides Riviera Maya Resort and the Tides Zihuatanejo. Both are favorite TRAVE THERAPY destinations.
After sipping champagne and nibbling on some inspired appetizers the big news was announced. The Kor Hotel Group is opening a hotel in NYC! How perfect is that! There are also plans underway for resorts in Vietnam and Anguilla so stay tuned!
