The Hawks Cay Resort is right on the water and is 50 years old but just re-opened after a huge 35 million dollar renovation. Located on Duck Key, in the heart of the Florida Keys, Hawks Cay owns most of the 60 acre island and as you can see in the last few posts you can find just about any kind of water sport here. There are five pools on the property and if you’re looking for a quiet couple’s retreat ask for a room by the adult only serenity pool.

  There’s also a petite spa if you’re looking for a massage or facial and don’t miss trying some of the new signature treatments. Thirsty? Hawks Cay also has the chic Rum Bar where the mojitos are made from scratch and there are several unique tropical drinks that are perfect if you’re looking for something to sip by the pool.
