After a month of traveling through Africa I’m finally back in the States and finally have internet access again. I felt so lost without my email, BlackBerry and cell phone, but it gave me the opportunity to real focus on my trip and get the very best information for my upcoming TRAVEL THERAPY book and television project.

There’s so much to update on this blog it’s hard to know where to start!  The trip was amazing in so many ways! From luxury hotels in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa, to amazing safari adventures in Kruger National Park, to dealing with a lack of electricity and hot water during a volunteer “vacation” in Malawi, Africa.

This truly was a TRAVEL THERAPY trip to remember and I’ll be sharing some amazing Africa photographs and stories coming up on this blog.

Also coming up…a sneak peek inside a new ultra luxe hotel, The Regent Bal Harbour, in Florida and on Saturday I’m headed to Turks and Caicos. The TRAVEL THERAPY research continues!
