It’s friday, time to highlight another award-wining drink recipe from one of the top

TRAVEL THERAPY resorts in the world. I love it when I stumble upon an amazing cocktail recipe that you can make at home and with one sip feel like you’ve been transported to a tropical island!

What I also love about this fantastic cocktail recipe is that although I discovered it in the Caribbean, at the Plunge Bar at the exclusive Regent Palms Resort in Turks and Caicos, there’s no rum in it. Go figure! 

Here’s the recipe. Let me know what you think! 

REGENT PARADISE

Ingredients: 

*Shot of Vanilla Vodka

*Shot of Passoa Passion Fruit Liquor

*Splash of Cranberry

*Splash of Pineapple Juice

*Squeeze of fresh lemon 

To Do: 

Mix all ingredients together with a shaker full of ice and pour into a sugar rimmed glass and enjoy! 

*Also, when I was there early July I got to taste some of the new cocktails that have just been unveiled at the resort and they are delicious!

Perfect, for the summer to help you chill in the hot and humid tropical temperatures. I’ll see if I can get one of those new recipes for this blog as well. Cheers!
