Hands down a TRAVEL THERAPY favorite in
Just walking in the door at Ghiradelli gets you in the holiday spirit. Of course it doesn’t hurt that someone instantly hands you a mouth watering Ghiradelli chocolate to pop in your mouth!
If you’re looking for some great, affordable holiday gifts Ghiradelli is running some fantastic specials.
You can also get an 80 count bag for about 25 bucks that usually runs closer to 30 and if you love fresh made fudge you can score some for 7.95 a pound. Another favorite is Ghiradelli’s hot chocolate mix at 12 dollars.
Just across the square is another favorite find, Kara’s Cupcakes and if your looking for salt water taffy you can find some just down the street.
Fisherman’s Wharf is just steps from Ghiradelli square and this is where you’ll want to go to score some fresh crab or some authentic San Francisco Chowder.
It’s pretty touristy down on the waterfront but you can still have a great time strolling along the boardwalk if you get away from some of the tee-shirt stands and check out some of the art galleries.
No matter where you decide to visit there’s one thing for sure. Bring your appetite!
