Yup, you guessed it, we’re talking about Jumby Bay! Taking the meaning of  umbrella drinks to new heights here’s one of  Jumby Bay’s delicious cocktail recipes straight from the beach bar! This way even if you aren’t soaking up the sun on one of Jumby’s exclusive sugar sand beaches you can still have a taste of Jumby’s magic!  PLUS, stay tuned for more exciting new cocktail recipes in 2009!  

JUMBY BAY PASSION 

 Ingredients:  

*1 shot of White Rum

*1 shot of Vodka

*1 teaspoon of Passion Fruit

*1 shot of Pineapple Juice  

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 30 second before pouring into an ice filled cocktail class.
