The New York Palace Hotel is part of the exclusive Dorchester Collection and this exclusive event is all about the seven bar managers from the different Dorchester hotel properties coming together to unveil their latest creations including Signature Cocktails and Mocktails.

 The new signature drink menu will be available at each of the Dorchester properties including: The Dorchester in London, The Beverly Hills Hotel, Le Meurice, Hotel Plaza Athenee, Hotel Principe di Savoia, The New York Palace and Hotel Bel-Air.
