Thank you so much for these great travel tips! Can you recommend a good place to kayak?

    Thanks!

  10. Denise says:

I always go to my fallback of the beach when I get stressed, thank you for bringing some new suggestions to the table to help me break out of my rut. Do you have any ideas for places I can go if I want to work out my agressions instead of relax them away?

  11. travel therapy says:

Denise, in the Travel Therapy book you take a quiz to help you pick the trip that’s right for you so if you’re stressed but more “type A times 10″, like I am, instead of a spa you need to get your blood pumping and challenge yourself with a new adventure. Some ideas to try—ziplining in Puerto Rico, race car driving school, Hiking, Cave Tubing in Belize, Sailing in the Caribbean, and much more. Check out the book, Chapter two and this website for more TRAVEL THERAPY trips!

  12. travel therapy says:

Jeryl, a great place to Kayak is Duck Key in the Florida Keys. When you stay at the newly renovated Hawks Cay resort they totally hook you up for kayaking! Other TRAVEL THERAPY kayak trips include Belize, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Do you have a favorite place you’d like to share?

  13. travel therapy says:

Kat, Vegas has some great spa deals right now. Check out the spas at the MGM hotels. The Mirage, TI, MGM, all have some great deals and the new Qua spa at Caesar’s Palace is amazing!
