If you’re itching to travel this summer but your budget has other ideas, don’t worry, you can still plan a fantastic trip without breaking the bank. You just have to take advantage of some great deals on hotel rooms and airfare and then pack your bags and let the TRAVEL THERAPY begin! Here are ten top hotels with rooms for less than $100 a night, some are as low as $55 dollars! On this Travel Tuesday it’s all about profiling some of the best travel bargains for this spring and summer with some top hotels offering amazing deals. For airfare to get to your destination a smart first stop to try is www.kayak.com where you can compare prices quickly and efficiently. For hotels Kayak also has a link to one of my personal favorite places to find the best travel deals on hotels, www.hotels.com.

Some family and friends are flying into New York City next week to attend the TRAVEL THERAPY book launch party hosted by the New York Palace Hotel and I found them some amazing deals on hotels in Manhattan when you usually can’t find anything for under $200. I found some top rated award-winning hotels, like The Empire Hotel on the Upper West Side with prices as low as $149 a night when their rack rate usually starts at around $400, so it totally pays to shop around!

After you find the specials also be sure to cross-reference and check out the hotel’s actual website to see if there are any other new specials posted there. Sometimes you can find some even better deals on the hotel’s website that aren’t advertised anywhere else.

If you’re really looking to save money then travel to destinations known for offering great deals this time of year, like Phoenix or Vegas, and you’ll find some of the cheapest hotel deals on luxury properties.

Here’s a quick TRAVEL THERAPY list of some fantastic travel deals on hotels to help get you started! Let me know if there’s any place you’re particularly interested in and I’ll check it out and add the information here!

    Hello Lo,
The best deals in Vegas generally run Sunday-Thursday for the ultra affordable prices. If you’re going on the weekend try http://www.kayak.com and put in your dates and they will give you the best prices for those dates. I hope this helps!
