Hi Ellen! I'm just heading out now to tour the island, very excited, it's such a gem! Truly special. I'm going to check out ferry at Marigot for when I leave tomorrow and need to get back to St. Maartin for a flight to Curacao. Thanks much for the great info!

Nice review, as someone else mentioned, the public ferry leaves from Marigot every 1/2 hour, cost 15.00/pp. 7am - 7pm daily.
You can also hire a private boat at $385.00 each way, which will pick you up at your designated time. Flying is also an option, around $200.00pp, many ways to get to Anguilla.
I hope you travel around the island and experience the magic of Anguilla.

First of all from Julianna Airport there may only be two ferries, but from Marigot(a bit of a taxi ride away), there are ferries many times a day to Anguilla (to Rendezvous Bay) where you are/were. I hope you took one of their famous cooking classes and, if so, say hello to Athena for me.

Spent the happiest 9 days of my life (in 45 years yet) on Anguilla. I am currently plotting (with my husband) to spend at least 2 months of the year there each year in the future. Places to eat: I already mentioned Barrel Stay, Trattoria Tramonto, and E's Oven (local but awesome!). We personally loved Blanchard's, even though it gets a mixed bag of reviews these days. We look forward to trying Veya, Hibernia, and Pimm's on our next trip. If superb beaches, fine dining, and serene privacy is what you crave, Anguilla will own your heart forever.
