I have a few suggestions. Joya Spa at the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa in Paradise Valley, AZ (near Phoenix/Scottsdale) is a Moroccan themed spa that is out of this world. The setting is luxe and the resort, with Camelback Mountain in the backdrop, would be sensational on camera. The resort has only been open about a year, so it has that "new kid on the block" freshness that viewers would love.

I spent last weekend at Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, NY, a 140 year old Victorian Castle with mountain views. While the resort itself was built in 1869, the eco-friendly spa wing including modern fitness center and indoor pool with underwater music, was built in 2005. The resort and spa has received countless awards and the setting is strikingly beautiful.

Thank you, Michele!

Spa retreats/escapes are absolutely going to be included in the Travel Therapy TV series. I have my eye on a couple of great spa destinations in the U.S., like Phoenix/Scottsdale and Maui.

The right spa destination can empower, inspire and rejuvenate---all the goals of Travel Therapy.

Would love to hear your suggestions!

Conratulations Karen - I hope you'll include spa and wellness travel as you're developing ideas for your series!

I just read your book and really enjoyed it.
