When it comes to TRAVEL THERAPY, where it’s all about helping people pick the most inspiring and empowering trips based on what they’re going through in life, I’m always drawn to great culinary because a true foodie experience can be it’s own special journey and that’s exactly what I found this week Gordon Ramsay MAZE restaurant at The London NYC.

What started out as a business lunch, to learn more about all the new exciting things happening at The London NYC, quickly turned into a phenomenal culinary adventure when MAZE Sous Chef James Wenzel offered to bring out some of his own favorite creations, like the insanely good Champagne Risotto along with award-winning cuisine by head chef David Brinkman including one of Chef’s David’s favorites the Spiced Venison with Foie Gras wrapped in cabbage.

Eight different delicious inspired dishes later, followed by three desserts, creations by talented pastry chef Jiho Kim, and we were definitely transported to another time and place, away from the hustle and bustle of regular rushed New York City lunches to this foodie heaven where three hour lunches were celebrated with champagne.

A TRAVEL THERAPY journey to remember!
