Now this was definitely a Travel Therapy first! Doing an interview 40,000 feet high with a pilot flying the plane!

It all started when I traveled to the Lake Geneva Region of Switzerland to find out what happens when a top chef of a Michelin starred restaurant uses his creative culinary skills to make airline food you actually want to eat.
